The Client is based in Europe and is widely known for manufacturing, importing, and distributing over 6,000 products with various variants. They add approximately 1,000 new products each year. The company offers services to more than 22 global brands in the textiles, shoes, and hardware industries.
Client was facing significant business challenges due to the complex nature of its manufacturing and distribution processes, which were managed using excel sheets and emails. The utilization of numerous excel sheets for managing products, collections/catalogs, and order information, along with storing images and files on Dropbox, resulted in a disconnected scattered system that became progressively more challenging to handle.
As a result, this manual approach led to inconvenience and increased time consumption when adding product information to Excel files for orders. It also raised significant chances of human error.

To address the complex business challenges faced by our client, We have developed a custom Pimcore solution. The solution included Product Information Management (PIM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems, offering a streamlined and automated approach to product and order management.
Furthermore, the digital assets are saved on the AWS-S3 bucket and can be accessed in a folder structure in the Pimcore. The assets stored on Dropbox were also imported into Pimcore and assigned to the respective products so that the team could map assets accurately. With these features, the company’s team can now easily manage their products and orders, saving significant time and effort. The solution allows for greater accuracy and efficiency which reduces the chances of human error and streamlined processes across various departments.
